Delete your Pyxie account and data
You can delete your Pyxie account and associated data at any time — you don't need to have the app installed.
In the app
Settings → Account → Delete account.
By request (no app needed)
Email hello@mypyxie.com from the address on your Pyxie account and ask us to delete your account. We'll process it within 30 days.
What's deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile
- Your household membership
- The logs and photos you created
- Your reactions
What's retained
If another member of your household still uses Pyxie, the shared household record remains (your personal data is removed from it). We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.
